SALES IS A CONVERSATION TO GAIN UNDERSTANDING AND ...

...ACCEPTANCE. 

Conversation: oral exchange of sentiments, observations, opinions, or ideas 

Understanding: knowledge about a subject, situation, etc. or about how something works

Acceptance: the action of consenting to receive or undertake something offered.*


Sales is not a presentation it's a conversation It requires an exchange. Conversation is the opportunity to clarify, tune, correct, connect and fully understand business and personal dynamics... all of which influence the way in which you seek acceptance

Conversation is the basis of creating a more personal business relationship, improving understanding and achieving acceptance.
