can come as a result of losing customers who are driven by price alone, or, because the price increase in not in line with the market parameters, or, there is no commensurate increased value to accompany the price increase.
- Have you accounted for a potential drop of sales? How much of your account base can you afford to lose?
- How profitable is the base you expect to lose? You may not miss them as much as you think... or perhaps you will...
